LOCAL INTERIOR REMODELING
HOW THE LOCAL INTERIOR REMODELING WORKS ?
Do you wish to update one or multiple rooms in your home, but you are struggling to choose finishings? or maybe you don't want to find and deal with contractors for your home remodeling? Suffer no more!
The local interior remodeling service is ideal for those who need an interior decorator and design project coordinator to remodel their interiors. I will choose the most perfect finishings for your home and will source and coordinate with all contractors for you. I will pick finishings such as tiles, floors, paint, hardware, closet doors, countertops, backsplash, appliances, light fixtures, showers, faucets, and much more.
My goal is to create the most beautiful combination of textures, colors, and materials to achieve the most refined interior you have ever seen.

Everything will be picked within your unique style, budget, and space size.
After visiting your home to take pictures, chat with you about your inspirations, and collect space measurements, I will start developing the design concept and strategy. I will perform items research, visit stores to check items' quality and size. I will create a moodboard/presentation for the project. Once the concept is approved by you, I will perform the purchases and contact contractors to perform the remodeling.

Currently, I charge in full the decorator's fee upon service booking requests. This fee includes the service per room and does not include the cost of finishings, assembly services, contractor's services such as electrical, painting, or carpentry. This fee will only cover my labor hours devoted to your project.
1. MOODBOARD & DECORATION PLAN
You’ll receive a mood board that includes suggested styles, finishing combinations, and colors pallets to help you visualize your space and how everything will come together. I might suggest wall treatments, or cabinetry colors if you desire me to do so.

What is a mood board?

A moodboard is a visual tool that communicates the interior decorator's concepts and ideas. It is a well-thought-out and planned arrangement of images, materials, pieces of texts, etc. that is intended to evoke or project a particular style concept. See samples
2. SHOPPING & FUNDS MANAGEMENT
Regarding how to manage your budget, you have the option to have all items purchased by me, or I can provide you with web links for the major, larger, and more expensive items, such as appliances, countertops, floors, and cabinets, etc.

Ideally, I will procure the small items myself in person so I can monitor their quality and style. This includes drawer pulls, light fixtures, faucets, knobs, showerheads, and any other objects that will compose your remodel. For small items, I must request funds to cover the shopping expenses. I will deliver an expense report with receipts that will demonstrate the usage of the funds.
3. COMMUNICATION
I will follow up with you through text message or video call to update you on the status of the purchases and the planning of when the decoration of the room will be completed. Also, I will always check in advance your availability for my dropoff visits.
4. DELIVERY DEADLINE
Projects could take anything from four weeks to two months to be completed, depending on the complexity of the project and supply or contractors' availability.
I personally coordinate all parts of the project, so you can relax and enjoy at the end the most beautiful outcome.
